Incubators and business development centres

• In a business incubator
  Depending on the sector of activity, incubators can provided rented office space to young business (<2 years) on a temporary basis (max. occupation 36 months). Application files are presented to a selection committee comprised of professionals and regional partners.
• In a business development centre
  For developing businesses (>2 years), a flexible rental offer including larger premises can be proposed (max. occupation 36 months). This offer is subject to eligibility conditions.
• Branch Domicile
  Enables businesses to rent an office/meeting room on an as-needed, à la carte basis, hence keeping rental costs to a minimum. It also offers businesses an established head office address where they can receive mail.

• The showroom: a convivial area open to all.
• The cogitarium: creativeness room available for use not only by businesses, but also by coworkers keen to integrate a network of self-employed workers.
• Meeting room (40m2): equipped with PCs.
• Meeting room (60m2): equipped with a videoprojector and available for hire. Maximum capacity: 25 delegates.
  These two meeting rooms can be combined to offer a larger surface area for your conferences and events.
• Videoconferencing room: equipped with two screens, enables you to organise business meetings, conferences and distance training sessions.
• A hotelling office: furnished and equipped with high bandwidth WiFi or wired Internet access

• Support: you have a project, you need business accommodation, you would like to hire premises, you would like to organise training or an event? Our project coordinators are trained to offer you help and support within the Digital Forum.
• Branch domicile – head office.
• Fully equipped offices.
• Reception and parcel receipt.
• Printer, scanner, postal stamping machine, training, events, cafeteria, etc.
• Electricity, heating, car park and cleaning of shared or private areas.
• Very high bandwidth Internet and private telephone in each office.
