Corworking

The Digital Forum’s coworking area welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 9am to midday and from 2 to 5.30pm. The following equipment is at your disposal: 

• an open space (capacity app. 20 coworkers) with WiFi or wired Internet connection
• a meeting room (capacity 20 delegates) with videoprojector
• a transit office for your client appointments
• a videoconferencing room
• regular events organised specifically for the coworking community
• your company’s branch domicile
• coaching during business creation and development
• an equipped cafeteria (refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, etc.)
• shared resources (books and daily press)
• a studious yet relaxed atmosphere… and coffee!

Daily rate = €8 excl. VAT

Packages:
– 10 days = €70 excl. VAT i.e. €7 / day (€84 incl. VAT)
– 20 days = €130 excl. VAT i.e. €6.50 / day (€156 incl. VAT)
– 30 days = €180 excl. VAT i.e. €6 / day (€216 incl. VAT)

The resident office:

An area shared by 4 coworkers for a minimum period of 3 months, designed for coworkers wishing to establish the Digital Forum as their ‘daily workplace’.
A monthly rate of €150 excl. VAT. The resident office includes:

• a personal area within a shared office
• a shared letterbox
• access to meeting rooms (free of charge, subject to prior booking)
• access to fibre optic
• access to the photocopier and stamping machine (invoiced based on quantity)
