• In a business incubator : 
  The ESS incubator offers a rental office offer for young companies (< 2 years) on a temporary basis (maximum 36 months of occupation). Applications are submitted to a selection committee composed of professionals and partners from the territory.
• In off-wall domiciliation
  Allows a company to rent an office/meeting room on demand, à la carte, allowing it to limit its rental charges. It is also possible for the company to set up its head office and receive its mail there.
