Emergence offers such business accommodation for companies in all sectors of activity. This 600m2 business centre offers shared services and equipped offices for rent at attractive rates...

the centre is open to all types of activity,
located in Caen’s Folie Couvrechef quarter, it offers fast and direct access to the city bypass,
it proposes offices, workshops and shared services at attractive rates,
its 6 workshops are equipped with dividing doors.

Business accommodation solutions :

In a business incubator
Depending on the sector of activity, incubators can provided rented office space to young business (<2 years) on a temporary basis (max. 36 months occupation). Application files are presented to a selection committee comprised of professionals and regional partners.
Branch Domicile
Enables businesses to rent an office/meeting room on an as-needed, à la carte basis, hence keeping rental costs to a minimum. It also offers businesses an established head office address where they can receive mail.

Printer, scanner, postal stamping machine, training, events, etc.
Electricity, heating, car park and cleaning of shared or private areas.
